One of the iconic desserts of our region is the “Pastis du Quercy”, an apple cake that is very technical to make.

We had the honor to have the shooting of the show France 5 – Echappées Belles de France 5 “The Treasures of the Lot” broadcast on October 24, 2015 in our restaurant (section visible @ 1:23:14 on the video ).

Under the direction of Sophie Jovillard, journalist, Nadine Ric of “Pastis du Pouzadou” was at the controls: an excellent moment of conviviality and transmission of knowledge.
